John Karadsheh sold his restaurant in 2002 and immediately joined Christina as a full time REALTOR®.   Having lived in Arizona for most of his life, John really understands the Valley real estate market.   He has listed and sold properties all over the Valley from Goodyear to Gold Canyon and Desert Ridge to Queen Creek. 

John has spent the last seven years focusing on marketing client listings and using the internet to maximize the buying and selling experience for clients.  However, through strong markets and weak markets, John’s greatest strengths are his negotiating skills and his honest and straightforward approach with his clients.  John tells it like it is and is always working to help his clients get the best deal possible. 

In addition to working actively with buyers and sellers, John handles many Estate and Trust property sales and does property valuations and assessments for his clients, local homebuilders T.W. Lewis and Amberwood Homes.  John is an Associate Broker and also holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist, CRS designation as well as the Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council.

The dinner table is never void of real estate discussion in the Ovando and Karadsheh households.  Real estate has been a part of the family lifestyle since Christina’s husband, Leon Ovando, started in real estate in 1972.   As Leon still reminds everyone, back then a contract was hand written on a legal pad and signed with a handshake.  While many things have changed over the last 35 years, great customer service, ethics, experience and strong market knowledge remain the backbone of real estate.
